ALLOKSAN DIABET MODELLINI KALAMUSHLAR JIGARIDA L-SISTEINNING ANTIOKSIDANT XUSUSIYATLARINI ANIQLASH

L-sisteinning antioksidant ta’sirini o`rganish uchun turli ishlar olib borilgan bo`lib, ularning ba’zilarida L-sisteinning antioksidant
ta’siriga ega ekanligi ta’kidlansa, boshqa olimlar bu L-sisteinning ta’siri mavjud emas degan xulosalarni berishmoqda. Qandli
diabet model hayvonlarning qoni tarkibidagi glyukoza miqdori L-sistein ta’sirida 40% ga kamayadi. L-sistein ta’sirida qandli
diabet modelli hayvonlar jigar gomogenatidagi antioksidant fermentlar faolligi stimullanishi aniqlandi.
