Maqolada qarama-qarshilik va inkorning konseptual asoslari, semantik chegaralari hamda o‘zbek tilida lisoniy voqelanish
xususiyatlari yoritiladi. Jahon tilshunosligidagi mantiqiy-semantik, leksik-semantik, tipologik, pragmatik va psixolingvistik
qarashlar qiyosiy tahlil qilinib, mazkur hodisalarning tafakkur va til tizimidagi o‘zaro munosabati aniqlashtiriladi. Tahlilda
konseptual qutblanish, ma’no darajalanishi, chegaralanganlik, inkor qamrovi kabi masalalarga e’tibor qaratiladi. O‘zbek tilidagi
lisoniy vositalarning semantik hamda funksional xususiyatlari asosida qarama-qarshilik va inkorning farqlanishi, tutashuv nuqtalari
va lisoniy voqelanish qonuniyatlari umumlashtiriladi.
