OPPORTUNITIES FOR ENHANCING YOUTH PARTICIPATION IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF REFORMS

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of actively engaging young people in the implementation of reforms through a socio-philosophical approach. The main objective of the study is to identify the factors that enhance youth participation and to substantiate their role in ensuring the effectiveness of reforms. The research employs a systems approach and sociophilosophical analysis as its primary methods. The findings identify the key determinants of youth participation, including political and legal culture, institutional opportunities, economic independence, and civic responsibility. Furthermore, the study substantiates several practical mechanisms for increasing youth engagement, such as improving political literacy, strengthening the activities of youth parliaments and advisory bodies, expanding grant and startup programs, and promoting the use of digital participation platforms. The study concludes that enhancing youth participation is a significant factor in the development of the state and society, while the active involvement of young people in reform processes contributes to more effective democratic governance and the advancement of civil society
