This article discusses the importance of justice for people with social disabilities. In the conditions of modern globalization and social
transformation, special attention is paid to the protection of rights and interests of vulnerable groups. Ensuring justice for these
individuals not only prevents social inequality, but also contributes to the sustainable development of society as a whole.
