This article discusses the wider use of the acmeological approach in the development of professional training of future personnel, the
development of professional competency, advanced pedagogical experience, the practical application of the most convenient and
effective methods and approaches, as well as the tendency of students to study and self-study, highlighting the interest and issues of
discovering creativity opportunities. It also describes how the use of the Microteching methodology allows a student to achieve
individual professional development goals and reveal the patterns of his professional development.
