The article analyzes the conceptual foundations of the formation and development of a social state in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The
philosophical and legal conditions for the evolution of the social state model, reflecting the transformation of the country's socioeconomic
and political system in the context of modern globalization, have been considered. In the further institutionalization of social
policy, innovative approaches are proposed, based on the harmony of traditional values of Uzbek society and modern market
