The article analyzes the formation processes of ecological consciousness and culture in modern society, its historical-spiritual,
philosophical, and socio-cultural foundations. The research reveals the role of religious values, national traditions, and modern
approaches in the formation of ecological culture. Using the Aral Sea as an example, the author substantiates the importance of scientific
forecasting and preventive measures in preventing global environmental problems. The article defines modern mechanisms and
prospects for developing ecological culture.
