O‘ZBEKISTONDA KORRUPSIYAGA QARSHI KURASH: SHAXSIY MAS’ULIYATNING O‘RNI

Ushbu tadqiqot korrupsiyaga qarshi kurashda shaxsiy mas’uliyat va axloqiy qadriyatlarning rolini o‘rganadi. Unda individual etika va institutsional islohotlarning bir-birini to‘ldiruvchi xarakteri ta’kidlanadi. O‘zbekiston misolida olib borilgan ushbu tadqiqotda fuqaro jamiyati tashkilotlari (FJT) axloqiy ongni shakllantirish, fuqarolar ishtirokini rag‘batlantirish va norasmiy meyorlarga qarshi kurashishdagi roli o‘rganiladi. Tadqiqot hujjatlarni tahlil qilish va adabiyotlar sharhiga asoslangan bo‘lib, korrupsiyaga qarshi barqaror choralar shaxslarning axloqiy majburiyati, jamoaviy ishtirok va fuqarolik ta’limi bilan mustahkamlanishini ko‘rsatadi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, FJTlar halollik madaniyatini shakllantirishda va fuqarolar hamda davlat xizmatchilarining axloqiy mas’uliyatini mustahkamlashda muhim rol o‘ynaydi.
