АНТИКОРРУПЦИОННАЯ ДЕЯТЕЛЬНОСТЬ В УЗБЕКИСТАНЕ: РОЛЬ ЛИЧНОЙ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ
настоящем исследовании рассматривается роль личной ответственности и моральных ценностей в борьбе с коррупцией, при этом акцентируется внимание на взаимодополняющем характере индивидуальной этики и институциональных реформ. Используя Узбекистан в качестве примера, исследование анализирует, как институты гражданского общества (ИГО) влияют на развитие этического сознания, стимулируют гражданское участие и бросают вызов неформальным нормам. Исследование основано на анализе документов и обзоре научной литературы и демонстрирует, что устойчивые антикоррупционные усилия требуют моральной приверженности со стороны отдельных лиц, поддерживаемой участием сообщества и гражданским образованием. Результаты показывают, что ИГО играют решающую роль в формировании культуры добропорядочности и укреплении моральных обязательств как граждан, так и государственных служащих.
