Abstract

Mazkur maqolada mahalliy korxonalarda mahsulot raqobatbardoshligini boshqarish amaliyotining o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot jarayonida raqobatbardoshlikni shakllantiruvchi asosiy omillar, jumladan mahsulot sifati, narx siyosati, innovatsion faoliyat, marketing strategiyalari hamda davlat tomonidan qo‘llab-quvvatlash mexanizmlarining o‘rni o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, mahalliy bozor sharoitida korxonalarning ichki resurslardan samarali foydalanishi va boshqaruv qarorlarini optimallashtirish masalalariga alohida e’tibor qaratiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari mahalliy korxonalarning raqobat ustunliklarini mustahkamlash va bozor pozitsiyasini yaxshilashga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
