XIZMAT KO‘RSATISH JARAYONLARINI BOSHQARISHDA RAQAMLI TEXNOLOGIYALARNING IQTISODIY SAMARADORLIGI
Abstract
Mazkur maqolada xizmat ko‘rsatish jarayonlarini boshqarishda raqamli texnologiyalardan foydalanishning iqtisodiy samaradorligi tizimli yondashuv asosida tahlil qilinadi. Xizmatlar sohasida raqamli yechimlarni joriy etish orqali xarajatlarni qisqartirish, xizmat tezligi va sifati oshirish, mijozlar qoniqishini ta’minlash hamda boshqaruv samaradorligini kuchaytirish imkoniyatlari ilmiy asoslab beriladi.
