Abstract

Maqolada kadrlar qo‘nimsizligining turlari, asosiy sabablari va korxona faoliyatiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Qo‘nimsizlik darajasini kamaytirish bo‘yicha samarali strategiyalar, jumladan, mehnat sharoitlarini yaxshilash, ish haqi va rag‘batlantirish tizimi, kasbiy rivojlanish imkoniyatlari, samarali boshqaruv va ichki rotatsiya kabi chora-tadbirlar yoritilgan.
