В статье предлагается новая концептуализация абсорбционной способности экономики (АС) в условиях распространения технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ). Показано, что многоуровневая модель АС и фигура «ИИ‑элит» позволяют превращать диалог с ИИ в источник инноваций и стратегий для стран с переходной экономикой.
