In recent years, increasing environmental concerns and sustainability pressures have significantly reshaped organizational management practices worldwide. In developing countries, including Uzbekistan, the effective implementation of green management practices has become a critical factor influencing organizational sustainability, environmental performance, and long-term competitiveness. This article examines the key factors affecting the adoption and implementation of green management practices, using empirical and econometric analysis.
