Abstract

Art therapy is a form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person's physical, mental, and emotional well-being. In art therapy, individuals are encouraged to explore and express their thoughts, feelings, and emotions through various art forms such as painting, drawing, sculpture, and other creative activities. Art therapy can be a powerful tool in teaching English as a second language, offering a creative and engaging approach to language learning. It can help students express themselves in a non-verbal way, which can be particularly beneficial for those who may struggle with traditional language learning methods.
