Madaniy bag‘rikenglik g‘oyasiga asoslangan multikulturalizm siyosati XX asrning ikkinchi yarmida G‘arb davlatlarida muqobil model sifatida amalga tatbiq etildi. Maqolada AQSHda multikulturalizm siyosatini qo‘llashda erishilgan yutuqlar, yo‘l qo‘yilgan kamchiliklar tahlil qilingan.
