YOSH FUTBOLCHILARNI SARALASHDA ULARNI PSIXOFIZIOLOGIK XUSUSIYATLARINI O‘RGANISH (FUTBOL AKADEMIYALARI MISOLIDA)
Abstract
Ushbu maqolada yosh futbolchilarning psixo-emotsional holat, neyrodinamik xususiyatlar va noverbal intellekt ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rtasida bog‘liqlik aniqlangan. Tadqiqotda Toshkent futbol akademyasi 13 yoshli futbolchilardan 17 nafar futbolchi ishtirok etgan. Futbol mashg‘ulotlariga moslashishda sporchi nafaqat genetik jihatdan aniqlangan neyrodinamik va psixodinamik xususiyatlar bilan, balki sportchini psixofiziologik holati hamda sport faoliyati ishtirokchilarining natijaviy motivining namoyon bo'lish darajasi bilan ham belgilanadi. Olib borilgan tadqiqot natijasi shuni ko'rsatadiki, yosh futbolchilar mustaqil qaror qabul qilish qobiliyatining qaydarajada ekanligi, asab jarayonlari muvozanati, yosh futbolchilarda noverbal intelekt, ma'lumotlarni tez va samarali idrok etish qobiliyati, hamda boshqa psixofiziologik komponentlar chuqur o‘rganilib tahlil etilgan.
