Abstract
Choosing a profession is a critical decision for adolescents, impacting their future career paths and personal development. This article
explores the factors influencing career choice during adolescence, including psychological, social, and economic aspects. It also
examines methods to assist adolescents in making informed career decisions and provides practical suggestions for educators and
parents.
