PHILOSOPHICAL AND RELIGIOUS REFLECTION ON HEALTH AS THE HIGHEST VALUE OF HUMAN LIFE
Abstract
The article examines perspectives on health in various religious traditions, including Zoroastrianism, Buddhism, Islam, and Christianity.
It emphasizes the importance of key principles such as moderation, purity, balance, and responsibility in shaping a healthy lifestyle. The
study also demonstrates that many religious prescriptions have scientific justification and can be integrated into modern healthcare
strategies.
