EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AS A FACTOR OF CONTROL OF THE MOTIVATION FIELD OF THE FUTURE TEACHER
In this article, emotional intelligence is very important for the personality of the future pedagogue, and at the same time, it requires selfdevelopment of the personality of the teacher, acquisition of practical skills of reflection, important professional qualities. There are opinions about the development and improvement of self-control knowledge. In addition, the term "intellect" has been explained lexically, and the importance of emotional intelligence for the personality of a future pedagogue has been explained through the researches of foreign scientists.
