The article scientifically substantiates the innovative activities used in teaching the discipline “Labor Law”. Analysis of research works and literature on improving the methodology of teaching the science of labor law on the basis of innovative educational technologies, modern technologies and socio-pedagogical and methodological aspects of perfect knowledge of legal relations in the work of students and the development of professional and legal creativity indicates that it is not applied.
