The article examines the emergence of political and legal conflicts in the fight against crime, as well as the mechanism for resolving them that arise between the parties of prosecution and defense in the investigation of crimes related to ensuring political human rights in the investigation of crimes related to existing international standards. In order to increase the effectiveness of the fight against crime, the article substantiates the provisions on ensuring the unity and consistency of criminal and criminal procedural legislation with the
investigative practice of applying the law in resolving emerging conflict situations.
