This article examines the organizational and legal frameworks that regulate the formation of non-governmental and non-profit organizations (NGOs and NGOs) in Uzbekistan. It examines the legislative framework, regulatory environment, and practical steps for the establishment of such entities. The study also covered the challenges and opportunities facing NGOs and NGOs in Uzbekistan, taking into account recent legislative changes and government policies aimed at increasing the role of civil society in national development.
