INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
This article analyzes advanced international practices in developing the professional competence of primary school teachers. It
examines teacher training models and continuous professional development systems in countries such as Finland, Singapore, Japan,
South Korea, and the United Kingdom. Particular attention is given to digital literacy development, innovative pedagogical
technologies, competency-based evaluation criteria, and modern teaching methods. The study also highlights elements of foreign
experience that may be effectively adapted to improve Uzbekistan’s education system.
