Ushbu maqolada xorijiy mamlakatlarda boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy kompetentligini rivojlantirish bo‘yicha
shakllangan ilg‘or tajribalar tahlil qilinadi. Finlyandiya, Singapur, Yaponiya, Janubiy Koreya va Buyuk Britaniya kabi
davlatlarning o‘qituvchilarni tayyorlash, ularni uzluksiz kasbiy rivojlantirish, raqamli ko‘nikmalarni mustahkamlash hamda
zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalardan foydalanish bo‘yicha modellari yoritiladi. Shuningdek, kompetentlikni baholash
mezonlari, innovatsion yondashuvlar va o‘qituvchi faoliyatining sifat ko‘rsatkichlari o‘rganilib, o‘zbek ta’lim tizimi uchun
qo‘llanishi mumkin bo‘lgan jihatlar asoslab beriladi.
