FUNCTIONS OF USING NATIONAL-CULTURAL MATERIALS IN THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS
Integrating national and cultural materials into the learning process of students studying in Russian not only enhances their
communicative competence but also raises their overall cultural awareness. This paper discusses the functions and roles of such
culturally specific elements in the educational process.
