This article examines the effective organization of rehabilitation processes for students with physical disabilities and the development of an integrated system for assessing their functional status. The study analyzes indicators of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, movement speed, muscle strength, balance, and psycho-emotional state based on adaptive physical education and modern rehabilitation tools. The results demonstrate the necessity of individualizing rehabilitation programs.
