STRATEGY FOR FORMING INFORMATION CULTURE THROUGH ENHANCING MEDIA LITERACY: DEVELOPING CRITICAL PERCEPTION SKILLS OF TELEGRAM CONTENT AMONG YOUTH AND THE GENERAL POPULATION
This article examines strategies for developing information culture through the enhancement of media literacy. The study focuses
on cultivating critical content evaluation skills among youth and the general public in modern social networks such as Telegram.
These strategies assist in developing competencies in content analysis, detection of manipulations, and evaluation of information
source reliability. The research highlights the interconnection between media literacy and information culture, while identifying
effective methods for enhancing critical thinking skills among young people and the wider population when assessing information
flows on social media platforms.
