In the context of innovative education, where there is a significant increase in demand for CLIL technology compared to
traditional teaching, an in-depth scientific analysis is being conducted on the theoretical foundations, methodological principles,
and practical possibilities of CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) technology in the process of developing students’
bilingual competence. The CLIL approach, which is based on the integrated teaching of content and language, has been found to
significantly contribute not only to foreign language acquisition but also to deeper comprehension of subject content, the
development of professional communicative skills, and the enhancement of independent thinking. The study revealed that lessons
organized on the basis of CLIL expand students’ lexical competence, promote the correct and active use of professional
terminology, improve both oral and written communication skills, and activate higher-order cognitive operations such as
contextual thinking, analysis, comparison, and evaluation.
