Proverbs with zoonym components are interpreted from the perspective of the conceptual system and cultural semiosis of the
language in this article. The theoretical basis of the work is cognitive semantics, conceptual metaphor theory, cultural semantics,
and paremiological approaches. The results of the analysis show that zoonyms function not as denotative signs in paremiological
units, but as a conceptual model, evaluative scheme, and cultural code that structure human experience. Comparative analysis
reveals that the semantic load differs in three languages, while maintaining the same cognitive mechanism, based on cultural
experience.
