This study investigates, for the first time, the alkynylation reactions of acetylene alcohols containing saturated, unsaturated, and
aromatic substituents in the Ti(OBu)₄/cat. catalytic system with hexyn-1. Based on the research results, vinyloxy ethers of acetylene
alcohols were synthesized. The effects of the molar ratio of starting materials, reaction duration, temperature, catalyst nature, and
solvent properties on the product yield and reaction progression were studied. A reactivity scale for selected acetylene alcohols
was established. The synthesized compounds were identified, and their physicochemical constants, structure, purity, and
composition were confirmed using modern physico-chemical analysis methods; reaction mechanisms were proposed.
