THE ESSENCE AND STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF SOFT SKILLS IN PEDAGOGICAL EDUCATION
This article analyzes the essence and structural components of soft skills based on socio-philosophical and methodological
approaches. Soft skills are substantiated as an integrative system of personal qualities determining professional effectiveness, social
adaptability, and qualitative indicators of human capital. The study develops a conceptual model of soft skills consisting of
cognitive, communicative, socio-emotional, reflective, and axiological components and reveals their dialectical interrelation. The
research emphasizes the strategic importance of soft skills development within modern education and human capital formation.
