PEDAGOGIK TA’LIMDA SOFT-KOMPETENSIYALARNING MAZMUNI VA TARKIBIY KOMPONENTLARI

Mazkur maqolada soft-kompetensiyalarning mazmun-mohiyati, ularning zamonaviy ta’lim tizimidagi o‘rni hamda tarkibiy
komponentlari ijtimoiy-falsafiy va nazariy-metodologik yondashuvlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Soft-kompetensiyalar shaxsning
kasbiy samaradorligi, ijtimoiy moslashuvchanligi va inson kapitalining sifat ko‘rsatkichlarini belgilovchi integrativ sifatlar tizimi
sifatida asoslanadi. Tadqiqot natijasida soft-kompetensiyalarning kognitiv, kommunikativ, ijtimoiy-emotsional, refleksiv va
aksiologik komponentlardan iborat konseptual modeli ishlab chiqiladi hamda ularning o‘zaro dialektik bog‘liqligi ochib beriladi.
