“This article analyzes the process of developing an effective pedagogical system aimed at the development and activation of students’ abilities in the context of modern education. The article focuses on the student’s personality and the development of their abilities, as well as the stimulation of their activity. In the course of educational activity, the influence of the teacher on the student’s abilities, the stability of their attention, and the impact of the surrounding community’s activities were examined.
