METHODS OF DEVELOPING ORAL SPEECH IN PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS BASED ON A VARIABLE APPROACH (USING THE EXAMPLE OF SCHOOLS WITH THE KARAKALPAK LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION)
In the multilingual educational context of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the development of oral speech in primary school pupils
studying in schools with Karakalpak language instruction has become especially significant. This study focuses on the variative
approach as a basis for pedagogical methodology in developing oral communication skills, based on Karakalpak-medium schools.
The research demonstrates that a variative approach facilitates task differentiation, accommodates linguistic environment factors,
integrates regional cultural content, and enhances students’ communicative competence. An empirical analysis was conducted,
including classroom observations, pedagogical experiments, assessments of oral performance, and teacher interviews. The results
indicated a significant improvement in oral language competence among students in the experimental group compared to the control
group. The study offers practical recommendations for primary teachers and curriculum developers on implementing variative
strategies in oral language teaching in ethnically diverse schools.
