This study aims to develop criteria and indicators for assessing competencies in AI-based early triage of traumatological conditions and
clinical decision-making among future physicians in emergency care. The theoretical framework is based on the competency-based
approach, clinical reasoning theory, and digital medical education paradigm. Methodologically, AI-driven simulations, virtual patient
technologies, OSCE assessment models, and case-based learning were integrated. The results demonstrate that AI-based triage systems
significantly improve the speed, accuracy, and effectiveness of clinical decision-making
