Authors

The aim of this study is to develop a pedagogical model for enhancing clinical-preventive thinking and epidemiological risk management
competencies in future physicians and to evaluate its effectiveness. The methodological framework is based on the competency-based
approach, clinical reasoning theory, and principles of digital pedagogy. The study employed case-based learning (CBL), problem-based
learning (PBL), simulation-based training, and digital educational platforms. The results demonstrated that in the experimental group,
clinical reasoning improved by 27%, epidemiological analysis skills by 31%, and preventive decision-making by 29%. The scientific
novelty of the research lies in the development of an integrative pedagogical model that ensures the synergistic formation of clinicalpreventive and epidemiological competencies. The proposed model can be effectively implemented in modern medical education systems
to improve the quality of professional training.
