IMPLEMENTATION OF A NEUROPEDAGOGICAL FRAMEWORK IN DEVELOPING DIGITAL SUPPORT TOOLS FOR LEFT-HANDED JUNIOR SCHOOLCHILDREN
Left-handedness affects approximately 10–12% of the global population and presents specific pedagogical challenges in
educational systems oriented toward right-handed learners. In Uzbekistan, no dedicated neuropedagogical digital resource existed
for this population prior to this initiative. The article presents the experience of developing a multilingual neuropedagogical
digital platform (v6.0) for left-handed primary school children in Grades 1–4. The platform integrates findings from six scientific
sources, incorporates artificial intelligence, interactive diagnostics, a laterality profile test, and a teacher daily observation
journal. The platform has received a software copyright certificate (DGU, 2026) and represents the first open neuropedagogical
digital resource in Central Asia.
