TERMINOLOGIK QARASHLARNING TARIXIY EVOLYUTSIYASI: KLASSIK NAZARIYALARDAN KOGNITIV VA KOMMUNIKATIV YONDASHUVLARGA O‘TISH
This article analyzes the stages of formation and development of the science of terminology from a historical, theoretical and methodological point of view. Starting from the principles of traditional prescriptive terminology, the scientific foundations of cognitive and communicative approaches formed in the late 20th and early 21st centuries are revealed. Conceptual, discursive and pragmatic interpretations of the concept of a term are comparatively analyzed. The study used systematic analysis of scientific literature, content analysis and comparative methods
