XORIJDA TAHSIL OLGAN YOSH MUTAXASSISLAR ORQALI BILIM TRANSFERI VA ULARNI DAVLAT BOSHQARUVI TIZIMIGA INTEGRATSIYALASH: O‘ZBEKISTON TAJRIBASI
This article analyzes the integration of young specialists educated at foreign higher education institutions into Uzbekistan’s public administration system and their role in knowledge exchange. The results show that their involvement is implemented through salary supplements, mentoring, monitoring, and talent pool mechanisms, contributing to the development of human capital and public administration efficiency.
