Mazkur maqolada xorijiy oliy ta’lim muassasalarida tahsil olgan yosh mutaxassislarning O‘zbekiston davlat boshqaruvi tizimiga integratsiyalashuvi va bilimlar almashinuvidagi roli tahlil qilinadi.
