A MODEL FOR DEVELOPING COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN A BILINGUAL EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
This article analyzes the development of students’ communicative competence in a bilingual educational environment from a
scientific and pedagogical perspective. The purpose of the study is to develop an effective model for forming communicative
competence in the context of bilingual education. The research employed methods of pedagogical analysis, comparison,
observation, modeling, and statistical analysis. The results showed that bilingual education is an important factor in developing the
linguistic, sociolinguistic, and pragmatic components of communicative competence. The model proposed in the article contributes
to increasing students’ speech activity, developing intercultural communication, and forming practical skills in using a foreign
language.
