TRICHODERMA ASPERELLUM Uz-A4 MICROMYCETES – A SOURCE OF USEFUL SECONDARY METABOLITES
The micromycete fungus Trichoderma asperellum Uz-A4 produces many important secondary metabolites with high biological
activity. The article analyzes biomass extracts using mass spectral gas liquid chromatography (GX-MS). Data are given on
volatile substances related to secondary metabolites formed in the culture liquid of Trichoderma asperellum Uz-A4. Using GSX-
MS analysis, 3-isopropyl-7α-methyl-1,4,5,6,7,7α-hexahydro-2N-inden-2-one, 3,8-dimethyl-5-(propyl-1-ene - 2)-1,2,3,3а,4,5,6,7-
octahydroazulene, 2-((1R,4R)-1,4,8-trimethyl-spirodecyl-7-en-1) propane-2. The presence of metabolites -ol,4-isopropyl-1-
methyl-6-methylenedecahydro-naphthalene-1,4a-diol was determined.
