From potato tubers of local varieties "Serhosil" and "Baraka" grown in the Tashkent region, 18 fungal isolates were obtained, among which 7 isolates belonging to the genera Fusarium, Alternaria, and Aspergillus were identified as strong pathogens causing disease in healthy potato tubers. The antagonistic activity of the fungus Trichoderma asperellum UzA-4 and the bacterial strain Bacillus licheniformis sh 6.25 against these phytopathogenic fungi was studied under in vitro conditions. It was found that the T. asperellum UzA-4 strain formed an inhibition zone of 38 mm against Fusarium spp. 34 and 35 mm against Alternaria spp. 31. The bacterium B. licheniformis sh 6.25 formed an inhibition zone of 20.5 mm against Fusarium spp. 34.
