CRITERIA AND INDICATORS FOR DIAGNOSING THE PROFESSIONAL-INTELLECTUAL COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS
This article presents a system of criteria and indicators aimed at determining the professional and intellectual potential of teachers scientifically substantiated. The concept of professional and intellectual potential is described on the basis of historical-genetic and conceptual analysis, and its structural structure is revealed within the framework of four main blocks - intellectual-cognitive, motivational-value, professional-methodological and reflexive-innovative. The requirements of the National Education Program of Uzbekistan (2022–2026), the latest research of UNESCO, OECD and world pedagogy were taken as the basis for developing the system of criteria. The proposed four-level assessment model (low, medium, sufficient, high) allows for diagnostics and monitoring of the dynamics of professional and intellectual development of future and current teachers.
