THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE LIFELONG LEARNING CONCEPT IN PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIALIZATION

This article examines the theoretical foundations of the Lifelong Learning concept in personal development and socialization. It highlights the role of lifelong learning in professional, intellectual, and social development amid globalization, digital transformation, and changing labor market requirements. The study substantiates the importance of Lifelong Learning in developing self-learning skills, reflective thinking, professional adaptability, and personal competitiveness.
