ANALYSIS OF COLLAPSIBLE PROPERTIES OF DISPERSED SOILS IN TERMEZ CITY BASED ON ENGINEERING-GEOLOGICAL DATA
This paper investigates the collapsible properties of loessial soils distributed across the territory of Termes city, based on the results
of engineering-geological investigations. In the course of the study, borehole data, lithological profiles, and physico-mechanical properties of soilsincluding particle density, natural density, dry density, porosity, void ratio, natural moisture content, and degree
of saturationwere analyzed. The variation of soil parameters with depth and the influence of the groundwater table were evaluated,
leading to the identification of the layers most susceptible to collapse.
