A DIDACTIC SYSTEM FOR PREPARING STUDENTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY IN AN INDIVIDUALIZED LEARNING ENVIRONMENT: THE CLARIFICATION STAGE OF THE PEDAGOGICAL EXPERIMENT
This article analyzes the organization and results of the exploratory stage of a pedagogical experiment aimed at improving the didactic
system for preparing students for professional practice within an individualized learning environment. The study was conducted across
four higher education institutions and involved 851 second-year students. Research methods included surveys, pedagogical observation,
interviews, expert assessment, document analysis, and reflective tasks. The results indicated that, although elements of individualized
learning exist, mechanisms for their systematic integration into the professional training system are not yet sufficiently developed.
Furthermore, alongside a positive attitude toward individualized learning, the study identified a need to foster skills in designing individual
learning trajectories, independent self-management, reflective practice, and the use of digital resources. The findings served as the
methodological basis for the formative stage of the research.
