This article presents a scientific and pedagogical analysis of the content and competency-based structure of preparing students for the organization and management of the pedagogical process. It examines the content of the professional, methodological, managerial, and communicative competencies required for the effective implementation of pedagogical activities. The study also substantiates the factors that contribute to the development of future specialists’ theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and professional competence within the framework of the competency-based approach. Furthermore, it reveals the interrelationship among the mechanisms of planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating the outcomes of the pedagogical process. The article scientifically justifies the importance of applying modern educational technologies and a reflective approach in the professional training of future teachers. The findings of the study may contribute to improving the quality of teacher education in higher education institutions and enhancing students’ readiness to organize and manage the pedagogical process.
