O‘ZBEK VA TURK TILLARIDA SOMATIK LEKSIKANING SEMANTIK ONTOLOGIYASI
This article examines the semantic ontology of somatic lexicon in Uzbek and Turkish, focusing on its structural layers and the semantic relations between lexical units. The study aims to classify somatic expressions according to anatomical, functional, lexical-semantic, and conceptual-cultural layers and to model the relations between them. Uzbek lexemes bosh, ko‘z, yuz, og‘iz, qo‘l and their Turkish counterparts baş, göz, yüz, ağız, el, kol are examined to identify semantic correspondences and cross-linguistic mismatches. The model offers a theoretical basis for further research in comparative lexicography, translation studies, and the development of electronic lexical-semantic resources.
