This article examines the current state of educational quality management in preschool educational institutions and the improvement of its integrative pedagogical model. It presents the methodological approach to a diagnostic study conducted in Bukhara and Navoi regions and Tashkent city, involving 300 respondents, including 60 administrators, 120 teachers, and 120 parents. The study highlights the importance of an integrated analysis of survey results across five areas: management activities, pedagogical practices, monitoring of children's development, cooperation with parents, and the digital environment. Digital indicators are considered an information basis for monitoring, while the “Bilimtoy Academy” platform is regarded as a digital and methodological tool that supports pedagogical decision-making without replacing the professional judgment of teachers. The article describes the five components of the integrative model: the goal-oriented and methodological component, pedagogical conditions component, integrative activity component, reflective and corrective component, and results assessment component. The findings indicate the need to move beyond collecting isolated data towards their integrated analysis and interpretation in accordance with pedagogical objectives in educational quality management.
